What is meditation and why do we do it?

Meditation is a time of reflection, allowing your thoughts to get the attention they deserve. When it comes to spiritual enlightenment, however, meditation serves a much larger purpose. In the spiritual sense, meditation is “a process to engage mental exercise (such as concentration on one’s breathing or repetition of a mantra) for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness”. It’s like push-ups for the spirit and mind. 

We do this with the hopes of aligning our minds with the lives we desire to genuinely live our best lives. Meditation has become critical in many folks morning routines, showing us that our mind really is our most powerful resource. Meditation really helps to center your mind, and make your day yours again.  

There is a beauty in the calmness of the mind, and by practicing meditation, we get rid of the junk and clutter crowding our minds – even when we don’t even realize it’s there! 

What does abundance mean?

Abundance is really more than a physical representation, but rather a mental belief system. It’s the belief to your core that you always and will always have more than enough in every aspect of life. Abundance is a holistic experience. So to attract abundance really means to shift your way of thinking to open yourself up to receiving abundance. When you’re abundant, you’re limitless. Whatever you can believe first in your mind, can and will become a reality. 

Guided Meditation

This meditation is very powerful and when consistent, can yield results that feel rather quick. 

Instructions: The trick to this is that you must do this every morning for at least ten minutes. This is an effective time, but you can set how long you meditate for however long you want. 

  1. This frequency is best played with headphones in a place you can be alone. 
  2. BE SPECIFIC and INTENTIONAL. You want to know what area of your life in which you want abundance – whether that be in your bank account, getting that job you’ve always wanted or getting that dream business off the ground. 
  3. Before you begin meditation: Set intentions
    1. If you think of what you want before you start for at least 5 minutes you will have officially set your intentions for the meditation, effectively clearing your mind from subjects that are not abundant. 
  4. Starting the meditation
    1. Simply play the frequency (provided down below) and read the affirmations provided directly below the frequency. Repeat the affirmations until you believe them. 
  5. How to end meditation: Say “thank you” (as if you already have what you’ve meditated on) 

The frequency

You don’t have to use this video, but the 888Hz frequency represents wealth, abundance and infinite possibilities. It is critical that if you don’t use the video provided, you may simply find another with the 888Hz frequency. 

Remember, repeat the affirmations within your meditation period until you believe it. Believing it (even if just a little) is key to this working. 

Affirmations

  1. I am wealthy. 
  2. Money flows into my life with ease. 
  3. I have more than enough resources and wealth in my life. 
  4. I am always taken care of always.  
  5. I love my life. 
  6. I have everything I could have asked for and more. 
  7. When I look around, I know there are many things in my life to be grateful for, no matter how big or small. 
  8. Money is an object that is easy to obtain. 
  9. The more I spend money on the things that I love, the more money that flows into me. 
  10. Whatever I want, I get. 
  11. I am a positive force. 
  12. I love myself and those around me always. 
  13. I am the divine representation of love. 

Actions you can take in other areas of your life

  1. Let go and let life flow
  2. Do actions that will get you closer to an area where you want to be abundant – “It’s already here, so act accordingly” type mindset. 
  3. Be conscious of your energy you’re putting out – that energy is what you’re attracting so you have to do your best to align the energy with your goals for abundance 
  4. Feel as if it’s already happened 
  5. Forget the how. Be firm on vision, and flexible on the details. Always remember your what. 
  6. Be grateful for all that you have now.

You can do this! There is no reason why you cannot. Be great, be humble, be confident. 

Remember, if it’s in your mind, it’s already on its way.
